cool. ill check em out. i think imma try to score some Tein. stay with my JDM theme. imma see if i can find some a little used. stay away from skunk2!!! they suck hella ass...well maybe if i didnt slam my **** on stock shocks i would be good..hahahahaha.
haha slammed on stock ****s is a horrible idea. i'd go with the tein's honestly if you wanna keep a jdm theme. i drove craigs car right after he got the tein's on there, and it felt great from the driver's seat.... not as great as mine did though, he he he
if you wanna stay with your JDM theme then i guess tein ss-p or used tein flex is the way to go
i'm riding on Megans...i love the ride and handling i get out of them, but i wish they would stop making so much damn noise in the rear haha. i prolly gotta check em out and adjust the preload
koni + tein s-tech/eibach sportline/progress springs are great, megans are another solid option, function and form, k-sport also have some inexpensive offerings

if you get the s-tech make sure you get a good set of shocks and a good alignment. if you dont make out a allotment to tirerack because your tires will not last.

mane, get you a good set of race springs, and some VERY good shocks, and call it a day. Don't get coilovers unless you get the full ****.
H&R make a very good race springs, and it will be hella dumped. But you will need a serious set of shocks/dampers or what ever the fuk they are...
Personnally, i would just get the Tein SS, although you will, still get some bouncing if you slam the car. One of my co-workers has them on his Ls and his **** rides good, but it does have a little hop to it over rough roads...
Get you some tokico's or Koni and some good race springs and call it a day.. ohhh, and an alignment

Oh, and no damn car to tune!!
so many people on H-T run them things, especially the guys that track their car but they get custom rates, but for real though, GC's and Koni yellows are badass
im just saying ideally for heavier car like rsx's and preludes it wouldnt be a good choice.
so unless you are auto x'ing or road racing i would say go with tien, kw, or h&r springs w/ a good set of shocks, that are adjustable to your driving needs.
so all in all jimmy it didnt come out the way i intended to say it, im just saying its a great setup for a civic or integra, but for heavier vehicles its not worth the hassle especially within that price range that he is looking for.
