Any of you foos ever tried power lifting? Im starting for the first time today. Im going to buy some straps and knee wraps before i hit the gym today to start on my box squats and deadlifts. Later down the line im going to buy me a bench shirt to get my freakin bench press up...any of you guys in the gym still or did you give up.

fark that power lifting shizz. i'm just working on lifting regular amounts of weights haha. I'm still going to the gym 4-5x a week and taking my protein shakes everyday. I've actually gained about 10 lbs. i'm up to 173, the most i've weighed ever hahaha
i'm really considering to start lifting, i got quite a bit of meat on me, it somewhat looks like how tony is, but not cut that much. so i think i might start hitting the weights and see what happens

good **** homie. you should hit the gym. I had so much fun today doing squats and deadlifts. I really dont know why but i did...lol. Im not even cut up that much. i dont even work abs my metabolism is just hella fast..lol.
im still hittin the gym...lifting that is. I stopped running this past week because im a slacker. I start back up tomorrow with running, and since i'm home im gonna hit the gym at Langley AFB. I'm still sittin at 215, which im proud of especially after slacking and eating like hell all week. It's something i need to get focused about again. But i went to see the family for the 4th and i got a bunch of remarks about how my shoulders are a whole lot bigger and stuff, so that made me happy.
