yo this is mainly for you that workout. i have been working out for a while now and i am noticing a nice gain. the only thing is that i am always tired the day after. is there like a vitamin that i can take that will help me with this and also help with the healing of torn or injured muscle? need asap.

not really ramsey. your body is just tired. Your muscles need rest in order for them to grow. try to schedule your workout around bed time if you can. thats how i had it set up when i was in iraq homie. Make sure you eat before you go to bed also. Im always tired after i workout but my plt sgt lets me sleep in the office..lol.
yeah plus it is hot as hell over here man and eating is hard to do sometimes i am always on mission you know. i try to eat more fruits maybe that will help.

I really need to get a trainer or something to set me on a plan that works for me in regards to what i want to accomplish. There are so many people out there giving me different advice on how to lose weight/gain muscle. It makes my head hurt
dude, take it from me. i have pics to show my progress man. i went from being hella skinny to having a nice body. You really dont need anyone to give you a program, just motivation and being dedicated. You cant go to the gym and expect **** to happen overnight. Bigg Higg can tell you i started working out in 2003 with one of my soldiers Eric White back in 2003. I learned the basics from him. I did research and found something that my body responds to.
