i took this pic the other day. Im working on my chest tomorrow but here is a pic of me at 175lbs. 25 more pounds to go to reach my goal. My wife and people i work with say i dont need to get any bigger. im only 5'9 i think or 5'8..lol.
Hell yeah!!!! i use BSN TrueMass. it cost about 40 bucks at GNC but im going to start to order mine online. I get the biggest bottle they have 2610 grams of protein a bottle. and right now i run through a bottle in about 8-9 days.
the cheapest protein you can get is probaby going to get some cheap ass peanut butter
